PLAY FREE BIRD showed brief foot away from the gate then settled off the pace down the backstretch, angled out to three wide on the final turn to make a run at the leader but was bumped and forced out in mid stretch but kept on to edged clear late for the win. DIALITHIC rushed up to press the pace from the inside around the first turn then was taken in hand to settle off the pace from two wide to midway through the final turn then took the lead entering the stretch but drifted out and bumped PLAY FREE BIRD but couldn't fend off that one and held on for the place. CHILLING FACTOR raced in the middle of the pack from three wide down the backstretch then tipped in two wide on the final turn to make the late run in the stretch to miss the place. CHINA BLUE raced near the back down the backstretch then made a three wide bid on the final turn, tipped out to four wide in upper stretch to make a late run but had to shift back inside when the leaders drifted out in deep stretch but couldn't gain any ground late. HOLDER CLOSE was unhurried through the final turn then made a mild late bid to improve position. R AWESOME SAUCE was allowed to settle near the back while saving ground but failed to menace. MEAN TO ME roused to the lead around the first turn then pulled clear down the backstretch from the three path and was engaged midway through the final turn and was done.
