SU DREAM settled off of the early pace while never far back, saved ground along the backstretch then into the far turn, waited for racing room at the quarter marker, angled three wide to upper stretch then vied for the lead at the furlong marker, took command nearing the sixteenth-pole and kicked clear in the late stages. ANIMATED forwardly placed in the early stages, tracked the decent pace three wide to the half-mile marker, advanced along the far turn then chased four wide to upper stretch, could not match strides with the winner into the final furlong and stayed on to earn the place honors. TATTOOONTHISTOWN broke alertly then vied for the lead into the first turn, contested a decent pace to the quarter marker, fought on into the stretch, yielded in the final sixteenth and held for third. CAPT'N PIKE showed good early speed, was prominent to the first turn then pressed the decent pace up the backstretch, dueled for pace duties to the quarter pole, vied for the lead between rivals to mid-stretch, could not keep pace into the final sixteenth, weakened late and just missed for third. BIG BOB settled in the second flight while between runners, chased two wide to the quarter pole, shifted out and swung five wide for the stretch drive, was outkicked to mid-stretch and did not offer a late response. CRYPTONYM allowed to settle in the early going, advanced along the backstretch, chased four to five wide to the quarter pole, could not keep pace to upper stretch and did not factor in the stretch drive. FLAG OFFICER off a bit slowly, allowed to settle in the early stages, coaxed two wide along the far turn, came up empty in the stretch drive. BALITEA chased the early pace four to five wide into the first turn, settled into the backstretch and tracked four wide to the half-mile pole, could not keep pace into the far turn, trailed into upper stretch and was not persevered with late.
