Footnotes
PRIVATE THOUGHTS ceded the early lead, attended to the decent pace to the far turn, took command into upper stretch, kept to task to the final sixteenth and held safely in the late stages. LONGBRANCH LOU settled to the backstretch, roused four wide to the quarter marker, responded well into the stretch, could not reel in the winner into the final sixteenth and got up for second. NATE THE GREAT settled off of the early pace while never far back, tracked the leading pair to the far turn, asked three wide to upper stretch, was outkicked into the final sixteenth then just missed for second. FREDO assumed command into the first turn, set a prompted pace to the far turn, overtaken to upper stretch, battled to the final sixteenth then gave way in deep stretch.
