Footnotes
BOTH SIDES contested the early pace from the inside, kicked clear to mid-stretch, drew off into the final furlong, kept to task late. EVANORA raced close up to the early pace, took back and saved ground into the turn, chased from the inside to upper stretch, was no match for the winner into the final furlong and stayed on late to earn the place honors. DAVID'S ROSE contested the early pace from between rivals, pressed BOTH SIDES into the turn, repelled by the winner into upper stretch, yielded in the lane and held safely for third. MOTOWN MIKA raced in tight soon after the start, checked in the early stages and trailed approaching the turn, coaxed four wide to the quarter marker, could not find the needed response in the stretch drive and passed tiring rivals. NOBLE DREAMER squeezed at the start and away slowly, rushed up and tracked the pace between rivals approaching the turn, chased three wide to the stretch and weakened in the final furlong. R FIREBIRD broke alertly then ceded the early lead, tracked outside of rivals into the turn, chased four wide to the stretch, could not keep pace to the furlong grounds and gave way in the drive.
