After payment of 1% to all owners of horses finishing sixth through last, 60% of the remaining purse shall be paid to the owner of the winner, 20% to second, 12% to third, 5% to fourth, and 3% to fifth. Weight: Three Year Olds 122; Older 126. Non-winners of a stakes race since December 1 allowed 2 lbs.; three races other than maiden, claiming, star ter or State-Bred allowance, 4 lbs. Starters to be named by usual time of closing. Preference will be given to stakes winners in 2024-25, stakes placed in 2024-25, then by highest earnings in 2024-25. ASHER'S EDGE shot away from the gate to press the pace from two wide to the turn then matched strides outside of CRUSIN MAN through the turn and took command at the top of the stretch and pulled away for the win. ABRIR CAMINOS (CHI) tracked the leaders to the turn then moved up from three wide to the top of the stretch but was no match for the winner. BIZ BIZ BUZZ was never far back off the pace to the turn then advanced from two wide and had a late run to be up for the show. WINFROMWITHIN stalked the pace from the inside but had no late kick and was outfinished. CRUZIN MAN was off a step slow then rushed up to a pressured lead, matched strides inside of ASHER'S EDGE to the top of the stretch and tired going into the stretch. EAMONN was off slow, spotted the field several lengths early and trailed throughout.
