EILEEN'S A WARRIOR set teh pace on a clear, well rationed lead for three-quarters, kicked away nearing the quarter pole to widen the advantage turning for home, and drifted well wide through the lane while being ridden out as much best. NEW LIFE was unhurried racing near the rear early under a strong hold, steadily closed the gap down the backside, circled six wide around the balance of the field nearing the quarter pole and finished willingly as second best. STARSHIP ELATION slow early to be the trailer and rallied at the top of the lane with a good, belated bid to be along for the show. MIAMI STYLE stalked the pace saving ground along the inside the entire way and lacked a closing response. NASHVILLE SLEW tracked the leader for a half mile, rallied on the turn to prominence and flattened out turning for home. TELL ME SOME LIES raced mid-pack to the far turn, was put to an early drive on the bend and failed to respond. FLUFFY was one-paced and never posed a threat. CLAIMED prompted the pace for a half mile and gave way coming up empty.
