ROGUE RUNNER set the pace in hand while well rated on a measured lead, to the far turn, repelled the bid of th runner-up on the bend and dug-in through the lane to edge away in the final furlong. GREAT ACTRESS pressed the pace down the backside, challenged for the lead on the final bend, was held at bay failing to get passed the pacesetter and finished willingly as a clear second best chasing the winner through the lane. BERT'S KNOTY GIRL stalked the pace from between rivals to be well placed and lacked a closing response going evenly. SOFTLY DREAMING was hard held through the first turn onto the backside to be off the pace, ranged up five wide on the run down the backstretch to be prominently placed and flattened out. SCARLETT'S LAW went evenly failing to menace. DEL MAR SUNRISE (IRE) dropped to the rear coming out of the first turn and was never a threat.
