CHOOSE JOY settled off of the solid early pace, asked for run four to five wide to upper stretch, rallied to the furlong grounds, was full of run late, caught the runner-up in deep stretch and got up in time for a determined win. ETRURIAN sent for the early lead, assumed command and set a quick pace into the turn, showed the way to upper stretch then kicked clear into the final furlong, was all out into deep stretch and was caught for the win in the final strides, while holding for second. HOT CARGO forwardly placed away from the start, tracked the solid pace from the inside and was well placed into the turn, angled three wide to upper stretch, was gaining late and got up in time to earn the show honors. BEAUTY OF THE SEA stalked the early pace, ran in pursuit two wide nearing the quarter marker, chased to mid-stretch, was outkicked in the final sixteenth and just missed for third. BAHAMIAN MOON settled off of the early pace while never far back, chased three wide to the quarter marker, angled in at mid-stretch, needed more in the late stages and offered a mild rally. MUSICAL DESIGN broke in the air at the start and spotted the field to begin, trailed into the turn, coaxed two wide to upper stretch, mounted a mild late bid. SUPER FREAKY GIRL prominent in the early stages, chased the pace from the inside into the turn, saved ground to the stretch and could not muster a late response.
