LIGHT FURY showed good speed away from the start and assumed early command, set his own pace while on a clear lead up the backstretch, showed the way into the far turn then held off foes into upper stretch, kept to task into the final sixteenth and held in the final strides over the oncoming runner-up. CLEAR DESTINATION was forwardly placed to the first turn, tracked the decent pace three wide up the backstretch, bid into the far turn, chased LIGHT FURY into the stretch, closed willingly into the final sixteenth, could not reel in the winner in deep stretch and was clear of the rest for second. SUNSHINE FROLIC settled off of the early pace, advanced between rivals into the far turn, chased three wide to upper stretch, could not impact the top pair late but was able to close the gap and got up in time for third. SALVATTORE PRINCE rated off of the decent early pace, traveled in mid-pack nearing the half-mile point, chased three wide to the quarter marker, spun four wide for the stretch drive, made a mild late rally and just missed for third. UNO TIGER reserved in the early going, advanced while widest into the far turn, swung five to six wide for the stretch drive and found his best stride late. RINGSIDE took back off of the early pace, saved ground to the far turn then angled four wide nearing the top of the lane, chased the leaders into the final furlong and offered a mild late bid. COSMIC SPECULATION prominent away from the start, tracked the decent pace two wide and between rivals along the backstretch, chased LIGHT FURY into the second turn, ran in pursuit to the furlong grounds, could not keep pace to the final sixteenth and faded late. HONESTO was crowded at the start and a step slow to begin, unhurried to the backstretch, saved ground into the far turn, stayed on into the stretch and mounted a mild late rally. INITFORTHELOVE was forwardly placed into the first turn, tracked the decent pace from the inside heading to the half-mile marker, gave chase to the quarter marker, lacked the needed response approaching mid-stretch and weakened in the final stages. BOLD LOOKER settled while saving ground in the early going, lacked a response to the quarter marker and did not threaten in the stretch. THE HONEYMAN allowed to settle into the first turn, was unhurried up the backstretch, trailed to the far turn and did not factor in the late stages.
