PRIVATE THOUGHTS broke alertly, ceded the early lead then tracked the decent pace into the backstretch, angled three wide into the far turn then vied for the lead to upper stretch, took command and kicked clear nearing the furlong marker, dug in while under pressure into the final sixteenth and held at the wire for the win. RELAMPAGO VERDE unhurried in the early stages, advanced along the backstretch, coaxed three wide to the quarter marker, spun four to five wide into upper stretch, responded into the drive, rallied into the final sixteenth and pressured the winner late but just missed for the win and was clear of the rest for second. LORENZ (BRZ) settled off of the early pace while never far back, chased three then four wide to upper stretch, bid to the furlong grounds, needed more into the final sixteenth but was able to get up for the show honors in the final strides. JUST A PHOTO reserved in the early stages, roused three wide into the far turn, swung five to six wide for the stretch drive, found his best stride late and just missed for third. PREVENT assumed early command, showed the way into the backstretch then set a prompted pace to the far turn, came under pressure at the quarter marker, met bids into upper stretch and battled to the furlong marker, could not hold off oncoming rivals into the final sixteenth and yielded late. STEAL SUNSHINE allowed to settle early on, made a steady advance to the second turn, coaxed two wide and between rivals to upper stretch then could not find the needed late response. TOCAYO raced close up to the early pace, went up and stalked the decent pace into the backstretch, vied for the lead into the far turn, battled to the furlong marker then was outkicked in the final sixteenth. BELLY OF JELLY settled off of the early pace, saved ground to the far turn and did not factor late.
