MR SCATTER was jostled at the start and off slowly, trailed into the turn then roused three wide to upper stretch, split rivals at the furlong grounds and made a quick move to take command nearing the sixteenth-pole, drew off in deep stretch and was hand urged to the wire. CLUBHOUSE sent for the early lead, cleared to the rail and set a decent pace heading to the quarter pole, shook free to upper stretch and led inside of the furlong marker, was overhauled by the winner into the final sixteenth, could not keep pace with MR SCATTER in deep stretch and held late for second. HOLY STICK (CHI) settled off of the decent early pace, angled four wide nearing the quarter marker then rallied to upper stretch, was outkicked in the final furlong but stayed on late and just missed for second, while clear of the rest for third. CROSS HASTE prominent early on, shifted to the outside of CLUBHOUSE and pressed that rival into the turn, attended to the decent pace to the quarter marker then was turned away into upper stretch, gave chase to the furlong pole then weakened in the late stages. LUNI SIMA broke out a path at the start, settled off of the early pace then advanced approaching the turn, angled to the three path nearing the quarter pole and bid four wide to upper stretch, could not find the needed response past the furlong marker and faltered late. AMOR LEJANO (ARG) settled off of the early pace and saved ground up the backstretch, made a steady gain to the quarter marker and saved all of the ground into upper stretch, continued to advance from the inside nearing the furlong marker then needed more in the late stages. KIKILOVE raced close up to the early pace, tracked three wide to the turn then chased four wide to the quarter pole, spun five wide for the stretch drive, could not keep pace approaching the furlong marker and tired in the late stages.
