SHOW OFF saved ground around the first turn, chased the leader up the backstretch, came around the far turn in the three path, challenged entering the stretch and kicked clear. LA CANTERA (IRE) raced in the two path around the first bend, led the way up the backstretch, continued around the second turn still in the two path and gave way in the lane. EMPRESS ELLIE raced in the two path early, settled off the pace for the run up the backstretch, saved ground around the far bend and was never a threat. NORTH END LADY raced in the two path around the first turn, continued up the backstretch in the middle of the pack, dropped back while racing in the two and three path around the far turn and faded further in the stretch.
