FIRE ON THE WIRE pressed the pace on the outside up the backstretch, came around the turn in the two path and kicked clear in the lane. SWEET SASH raced off the pace on the outside early, navigated the bend from the four path, began a bid entering the stretch and gained ground late. KHOZY ME UP raced off the pace between horses up the backstretch, continued around the turn in the four path and improved position on the outside in the final furlong. MUSICAL POWER led the way on the inside through the opening stages, saved ground around the turn and gave way in the stretch. BELLA JAK hit the gate leaving it, settled in the middle of the pack for the run up the backstretch, navigated the turn from the three path and showed no kick. THE PACKAGE raced at the back of the pack through the early going, saved ground around the bend and made no bid. SPIRIT OF VICTORY raced off the pace on the inside up the backstretch, came around the turn in the three path and was empty in the lane.
