After payment of 1% to all owners of horses finishing sixth through last, 60% of the remaining purse shall be paid to the owner of the winner, 20% to second, 12% to third, 5% to fourth and 3% to fifth. SUSHI PARTY saved ground around the first turn, settled in the middle of the pack on the inside for the run up the backstretch, came around the far turn in the three path, dueled in the lane, veered out with a sixteenth to go bumping with MITZMAN in the process and dug in from there to hold the win. MITZMAN raced in the three path around the first bend, settled off the pace on the outside for the run up the backstretch, began a bid from the four path coming around the second bend, dueled in the stretch, was bumped by SUSHI PARTY in the final sixteenth and kept on from there to narrowly miss. CARIBBEAN COMET raced in the two path early, chased the leader on the outside up the backstretch, navigated the far turn from the three path and was outkicked in the stretch. READY TO RAGE raced in the two path around the first turn, dueled on the inside up the backstretch, saved ground around the far turn and weakened in the lane. MEGAPLUMB trailed the field while saving ground through the opening half mile, began a bid from the five path coming around the far turn and flattened out in the stretch. LORD HENRY raced in the three path around the first turn, dueled on the outside up the backstretch, came around the far turn in the two path and tired in the lane. THE RIDER OF HORSE NINE, MITZMAN, CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST HORSE THREE, SUSHI PARTY, CITING INTERFERENCE IN LATE STRETCH. A STEWARDS INQUIRY WAS MADE INTO THE SAME INCIDENT. UPON REVIEW, HORSE THREE, SUSHI PARTY, WAS DISQUALIFIED AND PLACED SECOND FOR INTERFERENCE.
