AMANDE tracked the pace four wide, was nudged along through the turn for a position to launch a bid in the upper stretch, took charge at the eighth-pole and kept on along her left lead holding off the late rally. FREE TO ROAM gave chase along the inside, was roused about the three-eighths marker and entered the top of the stretch five wide, rallied well but came up short. DRUM ROLL settled off the pace, gained along the outside of the turn, continued to make improvements down the lane. ANY MOMENT broke well and crossed in towards the two path to take charge shortly after the start, gave way to inner rival around the five-sixteenths, faded down the stretch along her left lead. MISPRINT led briefly shortly after the start and pressed the new leader from the inside, was coaxed along through the turn until reclaiming command around the five-sixteenths, gave way once more nearing the final furlong and weakened. R FIREBIRD raced close up between runners, backed off through the turn, showed little. FIVE EYES ONMICHEL broke a step slow, trailed throughout, no factor.
