MR NARCISSISTIC ceded the early lead, stalked outside of the leading pair on the run to the turn, asked for run three wide at the quarter pole, loomed to upper stretch then took command into the final furlong, drifted out while leading into the final sixteenth, felt pressure from all sides into deep stretch and lasted for the win at the wire in a blanket finish. THREE ZERO settled off of the disputed early pace, roused three wide to the quarter marker, swung five to six wide to upper stretch, closed fast into the final sixteenth, could not reel in MR NARCISSISTIC in the final strides and won the head nod for second on the wire. FAST FIXER threw his head at the start and was off slowly, settled in the early stages and saved ground to the turn, advanced along the rail nearing the quarter marker, made a sustained rally to mid-stretch, closed willingly into the final sixteenth and just missed for the win and place, while just holding for the show. FALFURRIAS broke a step slowly leaving the start and was allowed to settle early on, advanced four wide nearing the quarter pole, swung seven wide to upper stretch, found his best stride late and came up just short in the final yards. NEOPHYTE rated off of the contested early pace, tracked outside of rivals into the turn, was well placed into the bend and ran in pursuit three wide nearing the quarter marker, swung four wide for the stretch drive and gained at the furlong pole, needed more into the final sixteenth and was outkicked in deep stretch. SHARPAZANO settled early on while not far back, saved ground into the turn, chased from the two path to upper stretch and did not offer the needed late response. BANNEKER vied for the early lead then was sent to take command, dueled outside of PSYCHEDELIC SHACK into the turn and contested a quick pace to the quarter marker, was overtaken by the winner into upper stretch, could not find more into the final furlong and faded late. PSYCHEDELIC SHACK disputed the early pace from inside of rivals, dueled inside of BANNEKER into the turn and contested a solid pace to the quarter marker, battled to upper stretch, could not keep pace into the final furlong and gave way.
