Footnotes
GARUDA rated nicely in the early stages, tracked from the inside heading into the turn, angled three then four wide nearing the quarter marker, loomed to upper stretch and took command into the drive, kicked clear while kept to task into the final furlong and held sway to the wire. PRISM POOL PAT settled off of the contested early pace, shifted out into the turn, was roused three wide at the quarter pole, swung four wide to upper stretch then angled widest at the furlong grounds, closed willingly into the final sixteenth, could not impact the winner late but got up in the final strides for the place honors. GIRL IN BLUE broke alertly and vied for the early lead from between rivals, took back and was well placed heading to the turn, saved ground into the bend then mounted an inside bid at the quarter pole, chased GARUDA into the stretch, was outkicked into the final sixteenth, was nailed on the wire for second and held clearly for third. LIONZA broke a step slowly, settled off of the early pace while never far back, coaxed two wide and between rivals into the turn, swung four wide to upper stretch, needed more in the final furlong and finished evenly. SHELOVESTOTRAVEL showed good early speed, contested the pace three deep along the backstretch, pressed outside of MISO SPICY (FR) heading into the turn, was overtaken to upper stretch, stayed on into the final furlong then gave way in deep stretch. MISO SPICY (FR) sent for the early lead, assumed command and set a pressured pace to the turn, dueled inside of SHELOVESTOTRAVEL heading to the quarter marker, was overtaken to upper stretch, could not keep pace into the final furlong and tired. MAY MISCHIEF bobbled at the start and was off slowly, settled outside of rivals early on while not far back, ran in pursuit four wide into the turn, chased to the quarter pole then was outkicked to upper stretch and did not rally late.
