HEIR TO THE ROAR was hard held early three wide and made a three wide bid nearing the quarter pole and then went on even terms for command leaving the turn and dueled to the furlong marker and kicked clear by the sixteenth marker and then maintained a safe margin to the wire to prove best under a drive. BABY BLOCKS was well placed on the inside, boxed by the quarter pole, angled out leaving the turn for racing room and ran on well but had to settle for second best. VAYESTA was off a step slow, settled into stride and made a three to four wide run on the turn and came four to five wide off the bend and was up for the show award. MUSICAL DESIGN set a pressured pace on the inside, shook off that rival but was engaged by the winner and dueled to the furlong marker but weakened in the final sixteenth. FOUNDER'S DAY pressed the pace three to two wide and was in between rivals leaving the turn and weakened. ROCKETS SISTER was away in good order but fell back on the inside and saved ground on the turn, moved out in the lane but never threatened.
