ACCELERIZE prompted the pace from the outside while under a good hold, then pressed the pace three to two wide on the turn and made a two wide bid to kick clear leaving the turn and then was shown the crop left handed and remained clear while under hand urging. ONLY IN AMERICA stalked the early pace from the outside and was four wide entering the turn and made a three wide bid by the quarter pole, kept on willingly but had to settle for being second best. BEASTLY SPEED was allowed to settle along the inside and saved ground on the turn, came two wide off the bend and finished willingly to get up for the show award. CAPITAN DANNY (CHI) was off slow, moved up to track the pace and moved to the inside entering the turn and eased off the inside on the turn and swung out four wide leaving the turn but faded losing the show award. SWASHBUCKLE tracked the leaders from between rivals early, three to four wide on the turn and came six wide into the lane but weakened. JOEY MUSCLES set a pressured pace from the inside and then weakened after six furlongs. VIGANO was reserved early,advanced three to five wide on the turn and came seven wide into the lane but had no rally. PHILHARMONIC pressed the pace three wide and then fell back in between rivals and was three to four wide on the turn, tired.
