Footnotes
GEAUX AMY was reluctant to load, prompted the early pace three wide, then went up to duel for the lead two wide and made a bid leaving the turn to gain a short lead by the furlong marker and then slowly drew clear to prove best under left handed crop urging. GOLDEN VALLEY was well placed along the inside and eased out on the turn to make a three wide bid leaving the bend but hung in the final furlong. MAMUKA was bumped and squeezed back at the start and trailed early towards the inside, moved out to advanced two to three wide on the far turn and came four wide into the lane, angled out leaving the furlong marker and finished well to gain the show award. MI TRIGUENA was reserved early on the outside, made a four to five wide run on the far turn and came six wide into the lane but flattened out. SMOOTH CLARET set the pace on the inside and then dueled with the winner to nearing the furlong marker and faded. BRAVO KITTEN was settled early two wide, made a three to four wide run on the far turn and came under a drive by the quarter pole, came five wide into the lane but weakened. WINDRUSH was four wide into the first turn and rated along three wide, then was ridden along two wide on the far turn and weakened. BOMB SQUAD broke in and bumped a foe at the start, reserved along the inside and continued to save ground but had no rally.
