After payment of 1% to all owners of horses finishing sixth through last, 62% of the r emaining purse shall be paid to the owner of the winner, 20% to second, 10% to third, 5% to fourth, and 3% to fifth. Weight: Three Year Olds: 123 lbs. Older: 126 lbs. Non-winners of a graded stakes at a mile or over since May 1 allowed 3 lbs.; a graded st akes at a mile or over in 2025 or an open stakes race at a mile or over since June 1, 5 lbs. All fees shall be paid prior to the start of the race. SKIPPYLONGSTOCKING was well rated along the inside under a good hold, continued to save ground to the far turn and moved out leaving the quarter pole to make a three wide bid leaving the turn to go on even terms by the furlong marker and then dueled for command to the inside of POSTER to the wire and proved best late under a strong drive. POSTER was reserved early while saving ground on the first turn under a stout hold, moved off the rail down the backside and was two wide entering the far turn and then moved out by the quarter pole to make a five wide bid leaving teh turn to go on even terms for command by the furlong marker, then dueled to the wire but was out-gamed by the winner. CATALYTIC was coxed along three wide on the first turn while chasing the pace, then made a three wide move on the far turn and was four wide leaving the turn but faded while besting the rest. CLASSIC OF COURSE was allowed to settle along the inside, continued on the inside on the far turn and moved out to come four wide into the lane to improve position late. HOLD MY BOURBON set the pace on the inside and then opened up entering the backstretch, then was headed nearing the bend and weakened in the drive. CON COMPANIA (CHI) was four wide into the first turn, tracked the pace three wide and then made a two wide bid on the far turn to vie for command to nearing the bend but tired in the lane. RACING DRIVER was settled on the outside and was four wide on the far turn and tired. The final margins were made by the writer of this chart due to a malfunction with the photo finish at the first finish line.
