Footnotes
NOT NOW NICK was away alertly and moved off the inside to be three wide into the first turn while showing the way, eased to the inside on the first turn and then was headed to vie for command down the backside, then shook clear by the five sixteenths and drew off leaving the turn and was ridden out to prove much the best. GRANDE NOVELLA was rated along two to three wide early, split rivals leaving the half mile marker, made a three wide bid nearing the quarter pole but proved to be no match for the winner while clearly second best. ONE BID bumped with a foe at the start, chased the pace along the inside and moved off the inside nearing the quarter pole and swung out five wide leaving the bend and was up for the show award late. REBELLUTION was between rivals entering the first turn and then went up to vie for the lead three to two wide and then was roused by the five sixteenths but came up empty and lost the show award late. CHIVADO bumped with a rival at the break, settled back on the inside and moved off the inside to come three wide into the lane but failed to menace. BATTALION LEADER was four wide into the first turn, tracked the pace from the outside and then chased the pace three wide and fell back on the turn and moved to the inside while tiring. PILLOW FIGHT broke outwardly and settled three to two wide and never threatened.
