Footnotes
HAWK stalked the pace from the outside and made a two wide bid on the turn to be clear by the five sixteenths and remained clear to the furlong marker, dug in gamely and held sway late to prove best under a drive. PIKE tracked the early pace from between rivals and made a three wide bid nearing the quarter pole, came three to four wide off the bend and was slowly gaining late but could not get to the winner. THE TOWN was rated along the inside to nearing the quarter p;ole, moved out and came five wide into the lane and raced erratic through the final furlong while racing greenly and was one paced while besting the others. GUS SWAYZE rushed up the inside to show the way on the inside and then was pressured by the half mile marker and relented the lead leaving the five sixteenths and fell back then tired in the lane. WIN STREET chased the pace from the outside and was four wide on the turn and tired. JACKPOT CREE was off a step slow and trailed in the three path, then raced three to five wide on the turn and never factored.
