P R SHORT STACK made the pace about the three or four path to move clear in the turn, widened into the lane and continued on under mild urging. LUCK BE A RUNNING prompted the pace inside rivals, continued nearest the winner in the turn but could not go with that one while holding clear for the place. YUTAN TAPIT rallied four wide through the turn to bid but could not threaten the top pair in the lane. OUR TOUGH PRINCE showed some early speed between rivals but weakened in the turn. LARRY was not a factor along the inside. IWANNAPARTY chased the early leaders three wide and weakened. REDS CASHN GOLD reared and unseated his rider as the gate opened, went riderless around the course and walked off.
