MISTER MCLEAN was on the pace in a closely bunched field about the two to three path, dueled inside MO MOVES through the lane and narrowly kept that one safe at the end. MO MOVES forced the pace three and four wide outside the winner, dueled through the lane and just missed. SARAH'S BOY BLUE was with the leaders four wide but lacked a final closing bid. CALCULATED LUV moved up outside to challenge through the turn then could not produce the needed late run. LO LO'S LAUGHTER was with the lead group three or four wide, moved inside on the turn but had nothing in the lane. SHUT UP MAN was at the back, angled out into the lane but could not threaten. JUST A IRISH LAD weakened three to four wide.
