Footnotes
GEE I'M FOXY pressed the pace set by SHE'SSKYSTHELIMIT two-deep for the first half, made a try at that one approaching the quarter pole, but was turned back, kept trying through the stretch run, and finally vanquished that stubborn foe in the final strides. SHE'SSKYSTHELIMIT flew out of the gate, seized the early advantage, slowed down the pace, maintained a slight lead as GEE I'M FOXY ramped up the pressure going into the far turn, turned back every try to deep stretch, then could not hold off the winner in the last jumps. MIDNIGHT LADY broke a step slow then settled last but not far from the front owing to the slow pace, finished up well to gain third while never a serious threat to the top pair. BLAMEITONMIDNIGHT got caught three-wide on the first turn, tracked in third position still three-wide down the backstretch, was unable to keep pace when the top two opened up midway through the turn, came under pressure at the top of the stretch, and was outfinished for third.
