SHOGUN BE FAST bore out leaving the starting gate then sped to the front, controlled the pace near the inner rail, was challenged in upper stretch, battled and narrowly prevailed in an extended drive. TEAM LEADER stayed along the inner rail stalking the pace, eased out at the head of the stretch, bid for the lead in upper stretch, dueled and was outfinished while much better than the rest. CINCO RICHIE , three wide the first turn, stalked the pace, circled the far turn three wide and weakened. MR JAWS , three wide entering the first turn, chased outside the winner to the stretch then tired. COASTAL BRINK , along the inner rail down the backstretch, remained along the rail on the far turn and weakened. MOON CAT raced in mid pack down the backstretch and weakened. HIT ONE OUT , lightly bumped by the winner at the start, was outrun and circled the far turn three wide. MACHO GRANDE remained along the inner rail throughout while outrun.
