Footnotes
SILVER ASSASSIN forwardly placed away from the start, ceded the early lead then stalked SUMMER HELP to the backstretch run, attended to the solid pace to the half-mile marker, bid two wide into the far turn and took command into upper stretch, kicked clear in the lane and was hand urged to the wire. SUPERSECRETWEAPON rated nicely off of the early pace and saved ground to the backstretch run, was well placed to the far turn then waited for racing room nearing the quarter marker, angled three wide to upper stretch, could not find the needed response in the late stages but stayed on to be second best. SUMMER HELP took early command, set the pace to the backstretch run and carved out solid fractions heading to the far turn, came under pressure at the quarter pole then battled to upper stretch, yielded to the top pair in the drive and was a clear third. TEXAS CREED raced close up to the early pace, tracked three wide into the backstretch run and was well placed approaching the far turn, chased three wide to the quarter pole, spun four wide to upper stretch, could not keep pace in the drive and weakened. KING ADOLIS unhurried in the early running, advanced two wide into the far turn, coaxed three wide to upper stretch, could not find the needed response in the lane and failed to threaten. KING ARTHUR RIDGE settled to the first turn then trailed into the backstretch run, saved ground to upper stretch and did not factor in the drive. CRAZY RIDGE rated off of the early pace, settled two wide to the first turn then was well placed to the backstretch, gained ground along the inside into the far turn, could not sustain his run into the final furlong and tired.
