LADY AUTHENTIC contested the early pace from the outside, dueled SILIVAS to the turn then shook free of that foe into the bend, drew clear while in hand approaching the quarter pole, drew off into the stretch, was given a few reminder taps of the crop while on the left lead at mid-stretch, switched to the correct lead and was ridden out in the final sixteenth. KNOTTY KITTY settled in the early running then advanced on the run to the turn, coaxed from the two path nearing the quarter marker, dove to the rail to upper stretch, was no match for the winner into the final furlong but stayed on late to be best of the rest. SWIFT DELIGHT settled off of the early pace and saved ground into the turn, shifted off of the rail into the bend and swung four wide to upper stretch, could not impact the top pair late but ran on in the final stages to be a clear third. WISHFUL WINKER was forwardly placed in the early running, stalked the pace along the backstretch run then chased three wide into the turn, ran in pursuit of LADY AUTHENTIC into the stretch, could not keep pace with the winner in the drive and weakened in the final stages. SILIVAS broke alertly, contested the early pace from inside of LADY AUTHENTIC, dueled that rival into the turn, could not keep pace into the bend, gave way heading to the quarter pole and came up empty in the late stages. INTENTIONAL M settled in the early stages, worked to the outside of rivals and was coaxed three wide into the turn, lacked the needed response approaching the top of the stretch and did not factor late.
