TIZ A TEN I SEE broke well and was two-deep in the early pace scramble, put a head in front passing the half-mile pole, maintained a slight lead through the turn, and sprinted clear when asked in the stretch. SERIOUS ROCK was the inside horse in the four-way pace battle, backed off going into the turn, stayed to the inside, then made a strong bid up the rail in upper stretch, was unable to go with the winner late, but finished clear of the next horse. DOUBLE L'S ARMY broke well, was between horses through the early running, finished willingly, but was not doing enough in the late stages. CARLY'S SHANCE was outpaced down the backstretch and raced to the outside of MOJO PROMISE, bid three-wide into the stretch, but was unable to improve. MOJO PROMISE raced inside with the trailing pair but never far from the front, was without a clear path through the turn, then lacked the needed response when called upon. CHAMONIX contested the early pace from between rivals, gave way at the quarter pole, and tired in the stretch.
