COLORMECAIRO was a little slow into stride, settled along the rail in the middle of the pack, moved up closer heading into the far turn, but was stuck behind horses, was patiently handled through the turn, split horses in mid-stretch, surged to the lead late, and held clear. GET READY GAL came away well, then tucked in behind the leader along the rail, was in cover late on the backstretch and through most of the far turn, got clear in upper stretch, finished with a strong late kick, but could not reel in the winner. SHE'S A GOLD LADY had the best speed from the start and made the lead without really being asked, went a length or two clear early and was left alone to set reasonable fractions, battled back under a challenge at the quarter pole, had a short lead in upper stretch but was outkicked in the final yards. AIRO DINERO got forward position early, went three-wide through the clubhouse turn and turned down the backstretch in second position, was coaxed along from the three-furlong pole to go after the lone pacesetter, pulled even at the top of the stretch, then finished up well but was overtaken in the late stages. UTSIRA was outrun to the first turn despite coaxing from the rider, settled in the middle of the field, two-deep, became boxed in on the far turn, then kicked on when clear in the stretch, but wa too late. MISSY GURL lunged at the start, nearly losing the rider, spotted the field a head start, then settled at the back through the first half-mile, saved ground through the far turn, then mustered a late bid but was not good enough. TAPS MISTRESS got crowded a bit after the start, raced two-wide near the rear, and lacked a significant rally. ATHENA D'ORO went three-wide through the first turn, settled off the pace, ranged up to the leaders approaching the quarter pole, then did not kick on in the stretch and failed to menace.
