Footnotes
THREEFIFTYSEVEN broke best and seized the early lead, was left to dictate the early pace down the backstretch, rated nicely through the turn, then responded when set down at the top of the stretch and drew clear while racing on the left lead through the lane. MY GOOD GOOD BOY mutually bumped with the outside rival at the start, then settled between horses in the compact field, chased the winner home to claim the second prize. MACHO GRANDE broke inward at the start, making contact with MY GOOD GOOD BOY, was four-wide throughout, and went evenly. TURQUOISE BLUE settled close up inside while under some restraint, saved ground through the turn, but was unable to kick on when asked on the turn and was outfinished in the stretch. MO SATURDAYS got away well, then tracked THREEFIFTYSEVEN through the early stages, came under a ride approaching the quarter pole, but did not respond and had nothing left for the stretch run.
