SIX IRON broke sharply and was guided to the front to take a narrow early lead, and extended the lead midway through the turn, was given a quick shake of the reins after passing the three-sixteenths pole, and drew away under a very mild hand ride. TAKE MY MONEY got squeezed at the start, then raced at the rear of the compact field, never far from the front in the early stages, advanced three then four wide on the turn and finished up well to move into the second spot. HOLIDAY RUN was close in down the backstretch while being coaxed along to keep pace, came out to the three path for the stretch run and improved to gain the minor award. TIZ CONSIDERED tracked close up three-wide, then went evenly through the stretch and did not threaten. UPTOWNEAGLESLANDED tracked two-deep just behind the pacesetter, got an inside run through the turn, loomed, then flattened out in the stretch. IMMA BLINGY LAD lost the path and got shuffled back at the start, chased four-wide, moved up while still wide on the turn, then had nothing to offer in the stretch.
