Footnotes
LOVEREIGNORME vied four-wide for the early lead, broke away from the pack and opened up through the turn, widened the margin in the stretch, and was geared down near the finish. SHINE GEM SHINE chased in the three-path from mid-pack down the backstretch, then put in a strong late rally up the rail to move into the second spot. QUIXX veered in at the start, bothering SHORT SPEECH in the process, was still able to race up with the early leaders, chased LOVEREIGNORME through the turn, ahead of the rest, kept on willingly but was outfinished for the place while finishing well clear of the next runner. SHERRYS RIDGE ducked out at the start, then got shuffled back a few strides later, was in last position down the backstretch, moved up four to five wide through the turn, and was mildly gaining in the late stages. SHORT SPEECH got bounced around athte start, raced at the back early, launched a five-wide bid on the turn, and improved a little in the stretch run. JUDY GEMSTONE mutually bumped with NORTHPARK at the start, was pushed to get forward position early, but was not fast enough, lost some ground to the frontrunners on the turn, and was unable to threaten late. EVIL TOM was the inside horse in the early pace scramble, weakened early on the turn, and had little to offer in the stretch. UPTOWN JIVE contested the early pace from between horses, started to struggle to keep pace midway through the turn, and faded. NORTHPARK came together with JUDY GEMSTONE at the break, then raced mid-pack in the initial stages, but had nothing late.
