SUPER IVONNE had the best speed from the break, then ceded the front to BRINGONTHEBUBBLY on the inside while staying in a pressing position to the outside of that rival, took command leaving the five-sixteenths marker, then drew clear through the stretch under steady handling and intermittent urging. SUNNY SAN LEON tracked four-wide, finished up well, was never getting to the winner, but won the race for second. FAYETTE BLUE tracked three-wide, made a mild bid approaching the quarter pole, then flattened out in the final furlong. BLAMEITONMIDNIGHT was last away despite aggressive coaxing from the rider, chased at the rear of the field, and passed tired foes in the stretch. STEALIN'TIME was a little slow into stride, raced mid-pack to the stretch, then lacked a finish. BRINGONTHEBUBBLY rushed up after the break to take the early lead, was being pressed by SUPER IVONNE throughout, then gave way in the stretch.
