SWEET KARAT CAKE raced four-wide in the tracking group, broke away approaching the three-furlong pole to go after the leaders, came four-wide at the top of the stretch, and finished best to win clear despite racing on the left lead through the lane. GOLLY HOLLY bobbled at the start, then was four-wide in the early pace scramble, finished well, but was outkicked in the final yards. MIDSHIPMAN'S LADY tracked just behind the early pace battle, was without an inside path on the turn, waited behind horses through the turn, came out four-wide in the stretch, split horses late to gain third. RECLUSIVE settled along the inside well off the pace, was behind a wall of horses in the stretch, came out to the four-path inside the furlong marker but was too late to be a threat. IZATIZ broke on top, vied inside of two rivals into the turn, emerged from the last bend with the lead, but weakened near the furlong marker. ALL AMERICAN LADY tracked in the second flight in the two-path, was under a ride on the turn but not making any forward progress, came off the rail in the stretch, and outfinished tired rivals. OOH LA DA STOOPS vied two-deep in the early pace battle and gave way in upper stretch. PEEK FACTOR tracked three-wide in the second flight, then faltered in the stretch. QUINQUELA chased at the rear of the field early, then lacked a late bid.
