AVALON GIRL tracked R JOAN JETS from a few lengths back, finished up well to wear down that rival in the final yards. R JOAN JETS went quickly to a clear lead, widened a bit through the turn with only one potential challenger in pursuit, was kept to task but failed to last while finishing a mile clear of the next horse. FELONY FLATS chased the leader up the backstretch two-wide, dropped off the pace late on the turn, and did not have much to offer in the stretch. READY RENEE last to break, moved up to raced in the middle of the pack to the turn, then started to lose ground on the leaders, but kept on to save third. R S AMERICAN DREAM dropped far back early, showed little, and trailed throughout.
