HEAVENLY DREAM dueled to the outside of THE DEVIL'S BET from the outset, battled on between rivals into the stretch, got a head in front mid-stretch and held sway to the wire under strong, steady handling. UPTOWNEAGLESLANDED was a little slow into stride, moved up into close contention heading into the turn, took aim on the dueling leaders approaching the quarter pole, bid three-wide at the top of the stretch, and finished gamely but could not reel in the winner. THE DEVIL'S BET dueled to the inside of HEAVENLY DREAM from the start, then gave way in the final furlong. AGGIE'S CREED raced three-wide in the middle of the pack and finished evenly. PINEHURST (IRE) tracked two-deep in mid-pack, ran on well but was unable to make up any ground late. MOON FACTOR was slower than the rest in the initial stages, saved ground, made a mild mid-race move through the turn, but flattened out in the stretch. DR SKYSCRAPER steadily dropped back after an even start and was not involved in the late stages.
