POETIC WORDS bore out at the start, was unrushed early, rallied in early stretch and drew off under mild handling. THE EXODUS TWIST was clear early, drew off but couldn't last. GOTTA JET chased the pace in the two path, bid near the quarter pole but faltered. CIVITAS trailed and was bumped into the rail nearing the three-sixteenths pole by his stablemate. DREAMING PERFECT was impeded at the start, raced well back and bumped his stablemate nearing the three-sixteenths pole.
