Footnotes
WILLIE BIRD was off awkwardly and bumped a rival at the start, trailed early, angled to the four path nearing the three-eighths pole, rallied and prevailed under mild handling. EXPLOSIVELY stalked the pace in the four path, bid near the three-eighths pole, dueled through the stretch and proved no match. UPTURNED BRIM pressed the pace between rivals, raced in the five path around the turn and had no late bid. HEALING WATERS vied early inside and faded on the turn. KILLJOY vied in the three path before giving way in the stretch. ALTOBELLI was bumped at the start, vied inside and faded on the turn.
