CANDY CANE CRAIN was unrushed early, rallied in the five path near the three-eighths pole, surged through the stretch and was clear late under steady handling. FELINE CURIOUS was squeezed back at the start, raced well back in the two path, shifted to the four path in early stretch and rallied strongly. TERRE HAUTE stalked the pace in the three path, bid near the three-eighths pole, had a head in front late but couldn't last. DIONYSUS saved ground, bid in early stretch, shifted to the three path late but couldn't gain. MR AMERICAN PIE vied between rivals but couldn't last.
