STUNNING stalked the pace inside, bid at the quarter pole and was clear late under steady handling. KISS THE RING was squeezed back at the start, angled to the four path near the three-eighths pole, rallied near the eighth pole and closed strongly. GOLDEN DECREE stalked the pace in the four path, vied three wide through the stretch and yielded late. ELUSIVE CON stalked the pace in the four path and bid late. MISCHIEVOUS RICHIE led inside, was steadied near the eighth pole and lost momentum. SENSE OF FREEDOM bore in at the start, pressed the early pace in the two path, settled near the five-eighths pole and bid late inside. AVALON JETTY was bumped and impeded at the start, raced in the five path around the turn, was steadied slightly in early stretch and managed a mild bid. TACOS AND TEQUILA saved ground and faded in the stretch. HANK'S TUNE was bumped at the start, raced in the five path but had no late bid. JR BARTHOLOMEW was through early. CREATURE was bumped at the start, raced in the three path and faded on the turn. THE STEWARDS TOOK NO ACTION FOLLOWING AN OBJECTION BY THE TRAINER OF AVALON JETTY CONCERNING THE START OF THE RACE.
