SWEET HEAT pressed the pace in the three path, dueled, was clear near the five-eighths pole and held sway under mild urging. MIDNIGHT CAPER saved ground, bid near the quarter pole but was no threat for the winner. SWEET JANNAELISE was clear early, dueled inside briefly and faded in the stretch.
