TRE ITALIANI dueled inside of a rival, was challenged on the outside and was clear by the sixteenth pole under a steady drive. ARTHUR JR stalked the pace in the three path, bid at the quarter pole in the four path but couldn't get past the winner. SHELLAC raced in the two path, angled to the four path near the quarter pole, bid and faltered. HIGHWAY PATROL dueled outside of the winner and gave way in the stretch. MONOPOLI hit the gate, raced in the four path and faded in the stretch. JUJUBEE hit the gate, saved ground, bid at the quarter pole and faltered. RAG TREE was through early.
