DANI GIRL bore out at the start, stalked the early pace in the two path, bid near the half-mile pole, dueled outside of a rival, then inside of another, exchanging brushes with that one and prevailed under steady urging. LAYTHATPISTOLDOWN was bumped at the start, stalked the pace in the three path, bid in the four path near the quarter pole, dueled, exchanging brushes with the winner and was outfinished. MARIPOSA MOON raced in the five path and rallied late outside. MISS MONROE COUNTY saved ground and rallied late in the two path. LADY FAYE raced in the four path with no late bid. HERE COMES FANNY was bumped at the start, stalked the pace between rivals, bid late in the five path but faltered. LE BIEN LE MAL was clear early, dueled inside but couldn't last. ARMY CHIC was not a factor. BOBBY'S WORKOUT stalked the pace inside and faded near the three-eighths pole. SURELY AN ANGEL was not a factor. THE STEWARDS DISMISSED AN OBJECTION LODGED BY THE RIDER OF LAYTHATPISTOLDOWN AGAINST THE WINNER ALLEGING INTERFERENCE IN THE STRETCH.
