SUMMER DATE hopped and was impeded at the start, was unrushed early, moved to the five path near the half-mile pole, rallied, led in the stretch and lasted under a steady drive. ABILITY was pinballed a the start, trailed, raced inside, angled to the five path near the quarter pole, rallied strongly six wide at the eighth pole and just missed. LAYTHATPISTOLDOWN saved ground, rallied near the eighth pole and just missed. LADY BLAST pressed the pace in the three path but couldn't hold off the closers. RISKY WAVE stalked the pace between rivals and offered a mild late bid. SNOWGLOBE raced in the four path, bid and closed late. FIGURINE raced in the three path and faded in the stretch. WEFT saved ground, was checked near the quarter pole and had no late bid. UNION ROSE stalked the pace in the three path, bid in early stretch and faltered. AUBREY MAE pressed the pace in the two path, bid near the quarter pole and was checked at the eighth pole. VOLATILE SPARK raced in the three path and faded in the stretch. CATNIP HILL saved ground and faded in the stretch.
