STARS AND STRIPES tracked along the inside, shifted to the two path entering the backstretch, pursued before swinging four wide entering the lane, rallied to bid outside of his leading stable-mate at the furlong grounds, dueled and wrestled an advantage at the sixteenth pole, flopped back to his left lead shortly after and secured victory. BATTEN DOWN set a clear pace near the inside, remained in hand around the far turn, shifted to the three path while getting collared by his bidding stable-mate the furlong grounds, dueled with that one thereafter but got bested. SAN SIRO broke a step slow, trailed in the three path, inched closer five wide around the far turn, fanned six wide into the lane, leaned inwardly in upper stretch then rallied to gain show in the final sixteenth. AWESOME AARON stalked along the inside, maintained striking range into the lane, but only offered an even kick then yielded show late. RATTLE N ROLL broke a beat slow, raced off of the pace in the four to five path, advanced outside of rivals with five furlongs to go, pursued within striking range three deep around the far turn, but floated out to the five path entering the lane and tired. BRITISH ISLES stalked in the three path, pressed two wide and between horses around the far turn but weakened three wide in upper stretch. TENNESSEE LAMB laid off of the pace in the two to three path and between horses, shfited out to the four path into the backstretch, chased turning for home then faded between rivals reaching the lane. GUNS AND GLORY raced off of the pace in the four path then was done early.
