Footnotes
RANCHO SANTA FE tracked five to four wide around the first turn, pressed only the leader into the far turn, came under urging to maintain pressure while drifting out to the three to four path around that bend, yet kept on to sustain her challenge through the lane and edged past in the late stages. INFILTRATE brushed with an inner rival leaving the gate, set the pace along the inside, remained in hand as the eventual winner sustained pressure around the far turn, was set down entering the lane, dug in and held sway from her persistent counterpart through midstretch but was bested late. GRAND MAHOGANY transferred contact from an inner rival to an outer foe while put to tight quarters between those rivals at the start, tracked along the inside, claimed show from an inner rival into the far turn, chased the embattled leading pair into the lane and was best of the rest. SO SPECIAL broke outwardly and bumped a rival at the start, checked behind foes entering the first turn, raced off of the pace along the inside, then two wide around the far turn and failed to menace. GLOVES OFF broke a step slow while last away, raced off of the pace three wide and failed to threaten. COURT OF APPEAL leaned outwardly leaving the gate, was bumped by an inner rival entering the first turn, pressed three to two wide and between horses into the backstretch, but was through after a half mile. VAMOS YA was bumped by an inner rival into an outer foe while being floated out at the start, raced off of the pace two wide and between horses, then faded along the inside rounding the far turn. KNICK THE QUICK brushed with an outer foe then an inner rival at the start, got rank and bumped an outer foe entering the first turn, stalked two to three wide and between horses into the backstretch but weakened approaching the far turn.
