J J'S JOKER stalked four wide, sustained gradual progress to bid outside of the leader at the sixteenth pole and edged past late. ONE COOL DUDE prompted three deep, vied around the turn, led turning for home, held sway through midstretch but was collared by an outer challenger at the sixteenth pole and got bested late. BACKGROUND tracked in the two path, pursued in the three path into upper stretch, stayed on between horses in the final furlong and edged show late. LIGHTNING STRUCK vied for the lead inside of a pair of rivals, yielded entering the lane, yet kept on mildly between horses in the final sixteenth. SUTHERLAND vied two wide and between horses, got headed by his outer counterpart turning for home, kept on through midstretch but faded through the final sixteenth. GLUCKSTADT brushed with an inner foe leaving the gate, raced off of the pace in the three to four path, fanned out to the six path entering the lane, advanced outside of rivals in upper stretch but flattened out in the final furlong and tired late. DENINGTON raced at the rear along the inside and made little impact. MUCHO MOJO tracked from the three path and between horses, yielded in the four to five path entering the lane, drifted out in midstretch and weakened. HOMETOWN HERO brushed with an outer rival leaving the gate, raced at the rear two wide and got outrun.
