TORREY PINE chased in the four path, was cued midway around the turn, kicked on from the five path down the lane, and drew ahead of the inner pacesetter in the final sixteenth. JAWDROPPER bumped with an outer foe at the start, set the pace inside, was roused in the two path passing the quarter, ran on to maintain a firm advantage going into the final furlong, but got edged out by an outer rival in the final sixteenth. ANDALE MUCHACHA stalked in the two path, was nibbled along in the three path around the turn, and finished willingly in the four path down the lane for show. TALK bumped with an inner foe at the start, tracked in the two path, was coaxed along around the turn, but faded in the stretch. B'S LUCK raced off the pace in the two path but did not factor in the four path down the stretch.
